Emma Rivera is a multidisciplinary wellness expert, designer of mindful experiences, and founder of Vitalis, a space where movement becomes a language of awareness.
Her work bridges yoga, neuroscience, and design thinking, redefining what it means to move — not for performance, but for presence.
Over the past decade, Emma has guided hundreds of students, athletes, and creatives through programs centered on mindful strength, body intelligence, and emotional clarity.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that balance isn’t something to achieve — it’s something we remember.
Emma’s journey began in Barcelona, where she studied classical dance and biomechanics, fascinated by how posture, gravity, and rhythm influence the mind.
After an early career in contemporary performance, she experienced burnout — both physical and emotional — leading her to explore yoga, breathwork, and meditation as tools for self-healing.

Founded in 2019, Vitalis emerged from a simple yet profound idea:
“What if movement could become meditation?”
Emma envisioned a studio that was both a sanctuary for the body and a laboratory for the mind — a place where science meets stillness, and design meets depth. Each program at Vitalis reflects this blend: structured like choreography, yet lived like a journey.
Her methodology is built around three principles:
1. Embodied Awareness
Feel before you move. Every gesture starts with listening — to gravity, to breath, to silence.
2. Sustainable StrengthPower is not force — it’s balance. Each movement integrates tension and release, discipline and softness.
3. Creative PresenceWellness is not static. It evolves with curiosity, adaptation, and compassion for the self.
