Liam Carter is a performance coach and movement specialist who believes that true strength begins with awareness.At Vitalis, he leads the Strength Training and Mindful Performance programs, guiding members toward a balance between effort and ease — building not just muscle, but resilience, focus, and calm energy.

His approach bridges functional training, breath control, and mental discipline, proving that physical performance can be both powerful and mindful.

From competition to connection

Liam’s journey began far from the serenity of the Vitalis studio.
A former semi-professional athlete in his early twenties, he spent years chasing performance — until a serious injury forced him to pause and rethink everything.
During rehabilitation, he discovered mindfulness and mobility training, and realized that strength without awareness only leads to burnout.

This turning point shifted his philosophy:

“Movement isn’t about domination — it’s about connection. You can’t control your body until you learn to listen to it.”

He retrained as a certified strength & breathwork coach, studying biomechanics, sports psychology, and mindfulness.
His programs now help others reconnect to their physicality with intention — from executives managing stress to athletes seeking longevity.
